unpack to your 7. XX install in the c:/games/World of Tanks 7.XX folder/res/text/LC_MESSAGES folder replacing all.
C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\res\text\LC_MESSAGES not the LC_Messages_german folder.
So if need be to undo the english patch
unpack to the same place as above that did the English Patch
